Read before purchase and installation. Installation of the AL4 Upgrade Kit requires permanent modification of the AL4 tonneau cover, including drilling into the cover.
Worksport USA Operations Corporation does not provide a written warranty for the Upgrade Kit itself. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Upgrade Kit is sold AS IS and WITH ALL FAULTS, without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Installing the Upgrade Kit does not, by itself, void the entire AL4 Limited Warranty. The AL4 Limited Warranty remains in effect according to its existing terms for covered defects or damage unrelated to installation of the Upgrade Kit or the modifications made during installation.
The AL4 Limited Warranty does not cover a defect, leak, failure, or other damage to the extent caused by installation of the Upgrade Kit or the associated modification of the AL4 cover. Excluded conditions include damage caused by improper drilling, incorrect hole placement, inadequate sealing, misalignment, use of incorrect tools or hardware, failure to follow the installation instructions, or other installation error.
Any warranty determination will be based on the nature and location of the claimed condition and the available evidence regarding its cause. Only coverage for the condition caused by the installation or modification is excluded; coverage for unrelated components and conditions remains subject to the existing AL4 Limited Warranty.
Review the complete AL4 Limited Warranty document and all installation instructions before purchasing or installing the Upgrade Kit. Installation does not extend, renew, or restart the original AL4 warranty period.
